Matt Riley has spent more than 20 years in the home building industry, beginning his career in new home sales and rising to lead sales and marketing operations for some of the nation’s top 100 home builders. He went on to serve as vice president of the country’s leading marketing firm for home builders before becoming co-owner of his own homebuilding company, New Home Inc. Under his leadership, New Home Inc was named the #7 fastest growing company in the Triangle by the Triangle Business Journal. Known for creating an “easy to say yes” experience for homebuyers through the smart use of technology, Matt has consistently delivered results that set new benchmarks in his field. He is also a frequent speaker at national conferences and training events across the country.
