Heather Tankersley is a builder, operator and co founder of Tankersley Build Co, a residential design build firm specializing in high end remodels and custom homes. She leads project strategy, preconstruction and client experience, working closely with both homeowners and trade partners to ensure alignment from concept through completion. With a strong focus on systems and communication, Heather is known for implementing processes that improve clarity, accountability and overall jobsite performance. Her experience managing complex residential projects has given her a deep understanding of how builder and subcontractor relationships directly impact schedule, quality and profitability. Heather is passionate about elevating standards within the construction industry through better collaboration and transparency. She is also co host of The Build Line, a podcast centered on real conversations between builders and subcontractors, where she explores the challenges and opportunities shaping the industry today.
