Sara’s expertise includes corporate brand strategy, strategic planning, digital (SEM, SEO), social media, agency management, website/content management, merchandising oversight, customer engagement, public relations, event planning, process coordination, and budget administration. Under Sara’s leadership, her recent Crown Community, Amblebrook Gettysburg was the recipient of twenty-nine awards from 2020- 2023; most notably, two gold and four silver awards from the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB), the Grand Award of “Community of the Year” two years in a row, and “Director of Marketing” awarded by the Northern VA Building Industry Association (NVBIA). Sara was featured as a keynote speaker at the 2023 International Builder Show on the topic of email marketing titled, “And you thought email was dead.” Additionally, Sara hosted the Maryland Building Industry Association (MBIA) to showcase a "best in class" active adult community within the Mid-Atlantic region.
