Eric has been a land planner designing places for people with Bassenian Lagoni for 7 years. After serving 4 years in the United States Marine Corps as an infantry fire team leader, Eric spent time living in Irvine, CA, which exposed him to the concept of the master planned community. This lead him to fall in love with creating exciting and innovative places for people to call home. Eric graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a bachelor's degree in Urban Studies, and now calls Colorado home with his wife, son, and puppy dog.
