Todd Gamboa is the Director of Field Operations for National Builder Group. He has been in the homebuilding industry for over 40 years managing private and public companies. He has been responsible for the construction of over 15,000 homes and numerous communities. Todd is a nationally recognized building science and homebuilding expert, and public speaker. He has trained thousands of homebuilders, trade partners, code officials, appraisers, and Realtors® across the country. He is the recipient of several US government sustainability awards, inductee to the BuiltGreen Hall of Fame.
