Allan J. Klassen, is the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) for Brookfield Properties a multi-faceted real estate developer in North America focused on residential development, master planned communities and mixed-use development. Allan is responsible to lead a consistent approach to the customer experience across all regions through cultural transformation, best practices and a focus on key deliverables. He has been engaged in the housing industry for the past 32 years and was formerly the Senior Vice President of Housing for Brookfield in Calgary Alberta Canada. In 2004, he became the President of the Calgary Region Home Builders’ Association and in 2005 the President of Calgary Home Builders Association–Alberta. As a result of the involvement in industry Allan was inducted into the Canadian Home Builders’ Association – Alberta Hall of Fame which recognizes individuals who have contributed and made a significant difference in the home building industry. Allan enrolled in Harvard’s on campus OPM {Owner/President Management} Program, graduating after 3 years in 2013. Allan’s passion for learning and for supporting those that want true happiness, have allowed him to speak internationally to a variety of audiences on key topics from Authentic Leadership, No Such thing as Balance, Customer Experience, Coach vs Manager, and the Value of building meaningful relationships
