Regan E. Dumas, CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer for Stevens Fine Homes, a residential home in coastal North Carolina, and was recently recognized as the 2023 Professional of the Year by her local HBA. After completing her Master's Degree, Regan spent years as a financial auditor before starting her own accounting firm, eventually entering the building industry full-time in 2013. Regan played a key role in implementing even-flow construction and financial practices at her company almost a decade ago, and during her tenure, company profits have more than doubled. In addition to being on the leadership team at Stevens, she owns an economic consulting company alongside her husband, Chris, and is a devoted mother to her two children. In her leisure time, Regan can usually be found planning her next travel adventure with her family, building the most intricate Lego sets she can find, or tending to her beautiful garden.
