Brook Jennings knows what it means to rise from the ashes. Growing up with two addicted parents, she learned early that life could either define you or refine you. Instead of letting her circumstances determine her future, she chose to fight for it - becoming a first-generation college graduate, a wife, a mother, and now a nationally recognized sales and leadership trainer. Her story is the reason the phoenix is the symbol of Elevate, Actually. For Brook, the phoenix represents not just resilience, but transformation - the ability to take hardship, loss, and limitation and turn it into fuel for growth. Brook began her career in new home sales, where she quickly discovered that success wasn’t about persuasion, but about service. That insight led to over a decade of award-winning sales results and eventually inspired her to train and mentor others. Over the last 13 years, she’s worked with sales professionals, leaders, and executives across the country, helping them unlock performance by first unlocking themselves. Today, Brook blends her psychology background, her real-world sales expertise, and her deeply personal journey into training that is both tactical and transformational. She believes every person has the power to elevate — to rise, rebuild, and reinvent — no matter where they’ve been.
