Fritzi is an NAHB Master Instructor since 2021 and has been conducting CAPS and UDE training for ten years. She was awarded 2019 Educator of the Year. As the CEO of Household Guardians, she provides aging in place consulting to professionals and consumers. She also serves as an education consultant to Age Safe Inc. She is a member of San Diego BIA, founding member of the San Diego chapter of the National Aging in Place Council; former Chairman of NARI, San Diego; Foundation for Senior Well Being and San Diego County Council on Aging. As an AARP volunteer, she conducts Home Fit training in person in CA and virtually on a national platform, including AARP/TV Live in 2025. She is a Certified Senior Advisor and Universal Design Certified Professional. Fritzi authored "Grace and Grit: Insights to the Real Life Challenges of Aging" and co-authored 3 books with NAIPC about difficult conversations, aging in place and caregiver support.
