Mallika has an undergraduate degree in Architecture from Sir JJ College of Architecture, University of Bombay and a Masters in Construction Management from the University of Florida. She has worked for over 20 years and has multifaceted experience working for Publicly traded cand privately owned home builders. She managed the architectural departments for several large companies. Her current position is as the VP of Construction and Operations for Panther National.
