Gregory Woleck

Greg Woleck is a Production Consultant with Remodelers Advantage, but his foundation was built in the field. He came up through the trades as a bags-on career carpenter, then grew into leadership through hands-on experience as a Lead Carpenter, Site Supervisor, Project Manager, estimator, and sales professional. That path gave him a practical understanding of how remodeling companies really work, where projects break down, and what it takes to build stronger systems from the ground up. Today, he has the opportunity to work with remodeling companies across the industry, helping them improve processes, strengthen production, and create better outcomes for their teams and clients. What drives Greg most is the chance to make a meaningful impact on an industry that has already given him so much. He cares deeply about helping others succeed, especially in the areas of production, project management, and estimating. He is also a student of the industry, with a strong interest in emerging technology in residential construction, advances in building science, and best practices that help great companies continue to improve.
