I’m a Production Consultant with Remodelers Advantage, bringing decades of hands-on experience and leadership in residential construction. My career began as a bags-on carpenter, and over time, I transitioned into management—serving as a Lead Carpenter, Site Supervisor, Project Manager, and Estimator. This diverse background gives me a deep understanding of the field from every angle. Today, I have the privilege of working with remodeling companies across the country, helping them improve their processes, strengthen their systems, and build more efficient and profitable production teams. What drives me is a genuine passion for the remodeling industry.
