For more than 20 years, Belinda has provided real estate market and consumer intelligence as well as customer-based strategies to community developers, homebuilders and investors across North America. She is the Founder and Chief Strategist of Strategic Solutions Alliance, a national consulting and advisory firm for real estate, focused on customer-based strategies for community development, housing, and marketing. She was Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer with Newland Communities, the largest real estate community development firm in the United States, leading strategies for multiple communities nation-wide. Prior to Newland, she was a Managing Director of RCLCO, a national real estate connsulting firm. Belinda is a founding partner of the America at Home Study, which began in April 2020. She regularly serves on Urban Land Institute’s CDC Product Council, including previous leadership positions. She is member of the Executive Committee of ULI San Diego-Tijuana District Council, where she serves as Co-Chair of the Membership Committee. In addition, she serves on the Homeless to Housing Task Force for San Diego County. She was selected by ULI to be a mentor in the ULI/Randall Lewis Health Mentorship Program. She services as a board member of the White Rainbow Project, a non-profit humanitarian organization. In addition, she has published numerous articles and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and corporate boardrooms.
