Staying strong to his craftsman roots and a desire to provide a custom-built feel to homebuyers in the suburbs, Wayne Hiott started Tyler Chandler Homes in August of 2014. Open floorplans with modern features are important mainstays of Tyler Chandler Homes, while maintaining the distinct, classic touches that have kept craftsman style homes popular for more than 100 years. Prior to starting his own company, owner Wayne Hiott was a vital part of the Atlanta new construction world, as a principal builder in KirkLake Partners and Boulevard Construction. The projects he contributed to focused on building and land acquisition inside the perimeter with projects in Decatur, Kirkwood, Reynoldstown, East Atlanta and Adair Park. Ventures include new construction, renovation, and entitling property for development by others. Tyler Chandler Homes builds and develops lots for national builders as well as for internal development. Wayne Hiott has served as the GAHBA 55+ Council Chair for the past two years. In 2022, he successfully completed his last build project, Pevensie Preserve, and is set to embark on his next dirt to build project, Terraces at Paravel. Terraces at Paravel is currently under construction. First and foremost being a family man, his company is named for his children's middle names, Tyler and Chandler. He is very active with his grandchildren, loves to play golf, and is a dedicated member of Passion City Church - Cumberland. Wayne lives in East Cobb with his wife Chris and their dog Sadie.
