Prior to joining Realtor.com, Rachel spent 8.5 years at Keystone Custom Homes, where she served as the Director of Marketing. Having built a marketing department from the ground up and managed a robust online sales team, she possesses first-hand knowledge of the operational pressures and lead-generation challenges unique to the homebuilding industry. Rachel is driven by a genuine passion for creating high-touch customer experiences. During her time at Keystone, she guided the brand's evolution as the builder expanded from two states into five. She led a comprehensive brand refresh, launched dozens of communities, and managed the digital and content strategies that keep buyers engaged across the entire buyer journey. Having sat in the same seat as her clients, Rachel approaches every partnership as a seasoned peer.
