Responsible for providing strategic oversight to the BH Nexus Division, Chris Beucler serves as President, BH Nexus. Chris brings nearly four decades of experience in homebuilding and development, where his vision has translated into creating hundreds of unique living environments. Over the years, Chris has worked across many facets of the building industry, mastering the building and development in single-family, multifamily, commercial, industrial, mixed-use, hospitality and high-rise construction. His mission has always remained the same, to create spaces and communities where people can come together and enjoy the everyday moments of life. Dedicated to surrounding himself with talented professionals, most recently Chris served as Chief Operating Officer for Zephyr Partners in San Diego for ten years. There he managed operations of over $494 million of completed projects with $879 million of projects in development, overseeing all aspects of developments for the privately held company. Earlier in his career, Chris spent 11 years building and developing award-winning custom homes and communities for his own company, Beucler Signature Homes, throughout San Diego County. Previous to that, he served as Division President of Ryland Homes in Southern California, where he was responsible for the delivery of over 4,200 homes valued at more than $840 million during his 12-year tenure. An avid musician, Chris has played the banjo in bluegrass bands for many years. He also enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.
