Matt Green brings over 25 years of expertise in the construction and development industry, with experience spanning commercial, mixed-use, land, and residential projects. He is the founder and owner of Front Light Building Co., established in 2010, an integrated building and development company specializing in custom homes (Front Light Custom Homes), semi-custom homes (Lanthorne Homes), and community development (Front Light Development Co.). The organization employs 35 team members and operates from offices in Bluffton, SC, and Greenwood, SC. Throughout his career, Matt has been instrumental in developing landmark projects, including the 100-acre mixed-use town center at Buckwalter Place in Bluffton, SC, the 10,000+ acre land annexation project known as Genesis Landing in Ridgeland, SC, and the Olde Eight residential community in Greenwood, SC. His contributions have significantly shaped these communities, showcasing his vision and leadership. In addition to his work with Front Light Building Co., Matt is the owner of JCM Ventures, LLC, through which he consults on large-scale real estate projects across South Carolina and Georgia.
