Brandon Gray

Brandon Gray coaches heroic business owners 1-on-1, manages business operations for the Business On Purpose leadership team, and serves as co-host of The Dickie and Donny Show podcast. With over ten years of experience in organizational leadership—and the past three dedicated exclusively to small business coaching—Brandon brings a depth of expertise in guiding business owners toward clarity and structure. He holds a degree in Interpersonal Communication from Wheaton College and begins each day with a passion for helping business owners break free from the chaos of disorganization. His recent focus has centered on helping businesses achieve financial clarity by developing systems and dashboards that track all incoming and outgoing cash flow. In addition, he works alongside business owners to implement the necessary processes and infrastructure to establish succession plans—often with their families and children in mind. His client portfolio spans a wide range of homebuilders, contractors, and trades. Most recently, he was featured as a keynote speaker on the mainstage at the Build EXPO conference, where he addressed strategies best practices around implementing AI into every facet of the business.
