Jeanine LaMay Kay (formerly Jones) is the Vice President of Business Development for 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty (2-10 HBW), the industry leader in structural warranty administration. Based in the greater Dallas–Fort Worth area, Jeanine manages 2-10 HBW’s greater Texas territory and large-builder relationships. Since joining 2-10 HBW in 2016, Jeanine has established herself as a leader in change management, growth, and innovation. She’s successfully guided and supported 2-10 HBW’s work and support with HomeAid, including HomeAid Houston, HomeAid Austin, HomeAid Phoenix, HomeAid Denver, and currently serves on the board for HomeAid North Texas. Prior to joining 2-10 HBW, Jeanine spent 13 years in the title insurance industry. She held various leadership positions in strategy, sales change management, and finance/accounting. She received her bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Idaho, and later earned her MBA from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine. Jeanine currently lives in Southlake, Texas, with her family, where they are active members of White’s Chapel Methodist Church and ALL the youth sports.
