Brad Conlon Senior Vice President, Business Development D.R. Horton, Inc. Brad Conlon serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development for D.R. Horton, Inc., a role he assumed in late 2023. He leads several of the company’s enterprise-level functions, including National Accounts and Purchasing, Architecture, National Land Strategies, M&A, and Innovation. His team focuses on identifying and developing strategic opportunities that strengthen D.R. Horton’s position in the industry — from evaluating partnerships and acquisitions to championing emerging technologies, new products, and offsite construction solutions that meaningfully enhance efficiency and homebuyer value. Brad began his career with D.R. Horton in 1996 as a Customer Service Representative in the Phoenix Continental Series division. He entered the purchasing organization in 1997 and progressed through a variety of roles before being named Director of Purchasing in 2002. In 2003, he joined the Southwest Region as Vice President of Purchasing, and in 2005 moved to the corporate office as VP, Director of National Accounts. Over nearly three decades with the company, Brad has played a key role in shaping national purchasing strategy, developing scalable programs, and building relationships that support D.R. Horton’s long-term growth.
