Amy is the Executive Vice President of Shore Consulting, Inc., where she helps homebuilders rethink what's possible and then make it happen. A nationally recognized speaker, coach, and facilitator, Amy brings over two decades of real-world experience, sharp insight, and magnetic energy to every stage, boardroom, and training experience. She's also the founder and facilitator of the Women's Leadership Circle, a mastermind group and leadership community for women in homebuilding where female leaders come together to grow, lead, and level up. A born and raised southerner, Amy lives in a 200-year-old farmhouse in Virginia with her husband, two kids, and a rotating cast of highly opinionated cats. She's passionate about Georgia football, Waffle House hash browns, and helping others become the very best version of themselves.
