Jordan is a recognized leader in the home building industry with over 21 years of experience in sales, marketing and executive leadership. He was recognized as the NAHB Gold winner for “Sales Manager/Leader of the Year” in 2026 at The Nationals, was honored with the 2025 Dallas Builders Association “Sales Director of the Year” designation and has been part of Professional Builder’s “40 Under 40”. Jordan has spoken twice at IBS (2025) and has been a guest on multiple podcasts and webinars to share his insights on sales and marketing trends. As Director of Sales and Marketing at Graham Hart Home Builder in Dallas-Fort Worth, he has built a team of high-achievers, rolled out operational systems and brought on nationally recognized partners to scale revenue while fostering a culture of trust and accountability. From implementing CRM system tools, revamping the company website for better visibility to rolling out marketing projects that drive results, his efforts led the company to 20% growth in units year over year. As part of Jeff Shore’s Alumni Roundtable and Chad Sanschagrins Betterment Circle, Jordan is a firm believer in continuous self-improvement and projecting positive energy into those around him. But most importantly, he is a father of three girls and husband to a powerhouse wife who have blessed him with an incredible life together.
