Sam Barkan

Sam Barkan brings an athlete's drive and team-first mentality to his real estate career. A former collegiate baseball player, Sam developed the competitive spirit and work ethic that now fuel his passion for helping families find their perfect new home. His natural ability to connect with people on both a personal and professional level made new home sales a natural fit. Sam joined Chesapeake Homes in 2023 as a Sales Intern and quickly advanced to Sales Associate before earning his current role as New Home Specialist, where he manages sales for a new community in North Carolina. He holds a real estate licenses in three states, a broker's license, is Online Sales Certified, and most recently was honored with the Rookie Salesperson of the Year award by the National Association of Home Builders' Sales and Marketing Council — a remarkable achievement for someone so early in his career. When he's not helping buyers find their dream home, Sam enjoys spending time with family, pursuing his love of photography, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.
