Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Franchise Success Coach at Impresa Modular, Derrick works with a national network of modular builders to drive operational excellence, strategic growth, and scalable construction solutions. His leadership background includes executive roles with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity International, Connect Homes, and American Homes 4 Rent, where he has consistently improved profitability, reduced build times, and led high-performing teams through periods of growth and transformation.
