Lyndon Brown

Lyndon Brown is Senior Vice President of Technology at Trumark Companies, one of the most active production homebuilders and land developers on the West Coast. He brings 20 years in homebuilding to the role, with over 30 years of experience in strategic technology planning, application integration, and information security. He has held technology leadership positions at several of the country's top production builders before joining Trumark. He now leads all areas of technology across Trumark's construction, accounting, sales and warranty operations. Lyndon recently led the build-out of a formal IT organization at Trumark, with dedicated infrastructure and application teams aligned to the business. He is now leading a data transformation that consolidates scattered operational data into a connected reporting environment across construction, accounting, sales and warranty, aimed at faster book close, sharper budgeting and clearer cycle-time visibility as the company scales across multiple states and divisions. That depth across the production-builder side of the industry gives him a builder's perspective on what AI readiness actually requires inside the business.
