Adam Copenhaver is the co-founder and co-owner of CopeGrand Homes, a premier custom home builder serving Charleston and the surrounding areas. Alongside his twin brother Ben, Adam has built CopeGrand Homes into a leading name in the construction industry, renowned for its exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. With a passion for creating bespoke luxury homes and performing detailed residential renovations, Adam and his team at CopeGrand Homes masterfully blend classic elegance with contemporary design to bring their clients' visions to life. They pride themselves on delivering the "Grand Experience," characterized by unmatched craftsmanship and a dedication to quality and integrity. More than just constructing houses, CopeGrand Homes builds lasting client relationships, turning interactions into cherished connections unique in the building community. Adam's journey in the construction industry began with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University. He then gained invaluable experience working in land development and sales for Schell Brothers and serving as the Vice President of Land Development for Eagle Construction of Virginia. With this wealth of experience and expertise, Adam brings a unique perspective to his role at CopeGrand Homes, ensuring that every project exceeds the highest standards of excellence. Outside of CopeGrand Homes, Adam is a devoted husband and father of three, with a deep faith in God. He is a member of Red Truck Men, a group where men connect, build solid bonds and grow stronger in faith through the study of God's Word. He enjoys boating and spending time with his family.
