Charlotte Bradley is the Chief Product Officer at Buildertrend, a leading construction management platform for builders worldwide. Named CPO in March 2026, Charlotte leads product strategy and execution as Buildertrend evolves into a mature, product-led organization focused on delivering long-term value for builders.
Her path to product leadership is unconventional. She holds degrees in Biomechanical Engineering from Stanford and Biomedical Engineering from Boston University – a foundation that informs her analytical, systems-driven approach. Early in her career she consulted at Accenture, then spent 11.5 years at AppFolio, one of the most respected SaaS companies in property management. There she established Platform and Common Services teams and led product for a major upmarket expansion.
Charlotte also brings AI experience from Ontra, a global leader in contract automation, where she led AI-powered product development before joining Buildertrend in May 2025. Since arriving, she has co-led Buildertrend's AI strategy alongside CTO Jon Walker – a partnership rooted in a shared philosophy built during their AppFolio years: obsessive customer focus and the discipline to scale.
