Nick Baldo is the owner of Oakvale Homes & Development, a high-end residential construction and remodeling firm serving the Buffalo, New York area. Nick co-founded Oakvale alongside partner Costa Kalonaros, both Hamburg natives who returned to Buffalo to grow their careers and raise their families. What started as a real estate investment operation evolved into a full-service custom building and remodeling company on a clear mission: to bring high-quality, customer-focused remodeling services to Western New York homeowners tired of unprofessional contractors, unreturned calls and a lack of transparency. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business and spent the early part of his career as a Senior Strategy and Transformation Consultant at IBM. That corporate background shows up everywhere in how Nick runs Oakvale. He brings a systems-first, data-driven approach to the business side of construction that's rare in the industry, treating job costing, financial visibility and process discipline as competitive advantages, not afterthoughts. He also runs Income Digs, a consulting and training platform helping real estate investors, builders and bookkeepers take control of their finances, reflecting his belief that financial literacy is the foundation of any successful construction business
