Ashley Kepley-Steward is Director of Operations at Alair Asheville | Red Tree, where she leads the company’s day-to-day operations, team development, and business performance. She began her career with the company as an intern nearly a decade ago and has grown alongside the business as it has evolved into a thriving $10 million enterprise. Known for her calm leadership, technical expertise, and ability to turn ideas into action, Ashley brings a practical, people-focused perspective to the challenges facing today’s residential construction industry. She is passionate about creating strong teams, building meaningful career pathways, and fostering a culture where people can grow and succeed. Ashley was named one of Pro Builder’s Forty Under 40 in 2025 in recognition of her leadership and contributions to the residential construction industry. She is also actively involved with the local Professional Women in Building Council and is a strong advocate for women in construction and the next generation of industry professionals.
