Justin Bozarth

Bozarth has built his career from the ground up. He began with Richmond American Homes at age 19 as an assistant superintendent and steadily advanced through the organization, earning leadership roles through hands-on experience, operational discipline, and a reputation for fairness and follow-through. In a 2018 profile, American Builders Quarterly noted that Bozarth was overseeing nearly 60 staff members and approximately 1,000 homes per year as vice president of operations. Known for his practical, relationship-driven leadership style, Bozarth places strong emphasis on treating trade partners with respect, keeping jobsites ready and organized, and building each home with the level of care he would expect for his own family. His approach reflects a deep understanding of the complexities of high-volume homebuilding, from managing dozens of communities and subcontractor relationships to maintaining quality in the field amid labor constraints and evolving customer expectations. Today, Bozarth’s work sits within the broader Sekisui House U.S. platform. Richmond American Homes became part of Sekisui House through the 2024 acquisition of M.D.C. Holdings, and Richmond American is now one of the homebuilding brands operating under Sekisui House U.S. Based in Las Vegas, Bozarth continues to help lead Richmond American’s Nevada operations, bringing decades of field-based expertise, builder relationships, and operational leadership to one of the country’s most active housing markets
