Ben Shelley

Ben Shelley left high school early and launched his first business at 18. Over the past 25 years he has built and scaled multiple seven-figure companies in the home service and renovation space, including Paradisaic Building Group, one of Durham Region's most respected renovation companies, and Fast Lane Plumbing. He is the creator of The Contractor Success Method, a coaching program built specifically for trades and renovation business owners who are ready to stop being the bottleneck in their own company. Ben is the 2026 President of the Oshawa Chamber of Commerce and a featured speaker at industry and business events across Canada. He has coached contractors to dramatically improve their margins, build self-managing teams, and escape the operator trap that keeps most skilled tradespeople working in their business instead of on it.
