Aaron Murphy
ForeverHome, ADM Architecture
Poulsbo, Washington
Aaron D. Murphy, founder of ADM Architecture (est. 2009), brings over 30 years of experience in commercial and residential design throughout Western Washington. His portfolio exceeds 2 million square feet, ranging from small ADUs to 100,000 SF commercial buildings, including office, medical/dental, hospitality, industrial, and custom residential projects. Aaron’s expertise spans construction types, including tilt-up concrete, curtain wall, CMU, and wood and metal framing systems.
A Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS), Aaron integrates accessibility, safety, and long-term livability into residential design, helping clients create functional “forever homes.”
In addition to architecture, Aaron is an experienced real estate investor. He founded Silver Lining Properties in 2005, managing multiple residential remodels and developments. This hands-on experience sharpened his skills in budgeting, scheduling, and decision-making, giving him a unique, client-centered perspective on project delivery. He has since expanded into commercial real estate investments, including medical and office properties.
ADM Architecture operates as a flexible, scalable firm, expanding from 3 to 5+ team members depending on project needs through partnerships and remote collaboration.
Aaron is active in his community through the Poulsbo Rotary Club and values balance between professional excellence and family life, bringing that same approach to client service and leadership.
