Phil is a Principal/Vice President with HR Green, based in Colorado and working in over 20 states across the U.S. He has served in the role of Planning & Landscape Architecture lead for the company and also focuses on growth of the Land Development planning and engineering group nationwide. With 28 years of planning and design experience, he possesses an extensive knowledge of most facets of land development including entitlements, land planning, engineering concepts and landscape architecture. His national expertise allows him to thoroughly and effectively communicate on all land uses and project sizes from 1 acre to 7,000 acres. Project types include master planned residential communities, mixed use, commercial, office and industrial parks. Phil also has significant municipal and urban planning experience including comprehensive land use plans, downtown revitalization and streetscape design, and park, trail and open space planning. Prior to joining HR Green, Phil was the Senior Vice President at David Jensen Associates in Denver, CO where he gained significant project experience throughout the Unites States and Internationally. HR Green is a multi-disciplinary firm with over 750 employees with offices in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, South Dakota, and Texas.
