Jared Carlon is a Principal/Partner and licensed Landscape Architect at Norris Design, a planning, landscape architecture and branding firm headquartered in Denver, Colorado. As part of the Norris Design's Borad of Directors, Jared overseesthe firms 9 offices in Arizona, Colorado, Oklahoma and Texas. With degrees in both planning and landscape architecture, Jared is able to perform a wide range of services. His over 20-year experience spans mixed-use projects, large-scale single family and multifamily residential developments, senior housing, parks, recreation centers, retail and commercial developments, open space, and transit-oriented developments. Jared also has a strong understanding of the social, economic, political, and physical components of planning, site analysis, environmental design and entitlement coordination. Outside of the office, Jared is on the Jefferson County Economic Development Council, a member of the Executive Board for the Adams County Regional Economic Partnership, and is also active in the National Association of Home Builders as well as the Home Builders Association of Colorado. In 2015, Jared was named the North Denver Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce’s Business Person of the Year and more recently in 2016, he was named one of Professional Builder Magazine’s 40 Under 40 Honorees.
