Michael is a recognized leader in AI for the built environment. He previously led the Generative Design Research group at Autodesk Research from 2013-2018 before co-founding Higharc. Higharc customers build more than 5% of the US home volume annually and the company has raised more than $85M to power homebuilders to create better homes and communities through technology. Michael has presented internationally as an expert in AI and Construction including at events for the AIA, NAHB, ULI and TechCrunch Disrupt. He was honored in 2024 with the Pro Builder 40 under 40 award.
