How to Request Your Hotel Block

• Log in to your IBS Exhibitor Portal. (Note: If you don't remember your password, you can reset it.) If you need to update the email address on file, please email [email protected] for assistance.
• Click on the Request a Block task.
• Click the IBS Registration and Housing Dashboard link.
• Complete the block request process and submit your request.
• You will receive notification of your hotel assignment from Maritz via email within 7 business days of your request submission.
• Once you receive notification of your assignment, you will have three (3) business days to log back into your Maritz Housing and Registration Dashboard to accept and confirm your assignment. After three (3) business days, unconfirmed room blocks may be released back into general inventory.

Individual exhibitor personnel room assignments and registrations can be made beginning September 2, 2025.

NOTE: No payment is required to reserve a block of rooms. However, credit card guarantees will be required to make individual room reservations. One night room and tax for each reservation may be charged by the hotel to the card provided when Maritz submits your reservations to the hotels in January.

Be Aware of Unauthorized IBS Solicitors

Only NAHB staff and Maritz staff will reach out to you regarding rooms in Official IBS Room Blocks. Anyone else who contacts you regarding rooms for IBS does not represent NAHB, IBS or Maritz, and NAHB cannot guarantee the services they offer or assist you should a problem arise. Click here to see a list of companies who have previously contacted IBS exhibitors to book hotel rooms.

For the best IBS experience, we strongly encourage you to book your housing accommodations using the reservation tools provided by IBS through Maritz our official housing and registration provider.
