Travel Scholarship

The National Housing Endowment and NAHB recognize the need to provide students with financial assistance to attend the
NAHB International Builders’ Show^® (IBS). The National Housing Endowment IBS Scholarship helps offset travel expenses
related to attendance and participation in activities surrounding the IBS. Hundreds of students benefit from the program each year.

Application Deadline & Timeline of Notification

• Sept 4, 2026: Application opens
• Oct 13, 2026: Application deadline. Strictly enforced.
• Oct 19, 2026: Email notification of award sent
• Nov 2026: Distribution of funds
• Feb 1–2, 2027: Student Competition dates
• Feb 2–4, 2027: International Builders' Show
