Builders Design Parker, Colorado

As Regional Vice President for Builders Design’s Western Territory, Erin Hurley blends her love of design, strategy, and human connection to help builders and developers bring their visions to life. Known for her collaborative spirit and thoughtful leadership, she thrives on building relationships that inspire creativity and move the industry forward. Erin’s career has spanned design, business development, project management and strategic partnerships, giving her a well-rounded understanding of what makes communities and projects truly resonate. She’s an active industry leader through NAHB and the HBA of Metro Denver, a past Chair of Professional Women in Building, and the 2022 Associate of the Year. Dedicated to giving back, she continues to support HomeAid Colorado, the Home Builders Foundation, and the American Heart Association. Outside of work, life is full of motion thanks to her two adventurous boys and their trusty yellow lab. Whether they are exploring, laughing, or covered in a bit of chaos, its the reminder that curiosity, laughter, and heart are the best design elements of all.
