Belinda Sward

Belinda Sward is the Founder and Chief Strategist of Strategic Solutions Alliance, a female-owned consulting and advisory services firm for real estate. She has over 20 years of experience providing market and consumer intelligence and customer-based strategies and implementation for real estate, working with developers, homebuilders and investors. She and her team help clients make business decisions through the strategic planning and practical application of market and consumer intelligence, interpretation of trends, financial analysis and customer strategies for marketing and operations. These include planning, development, product amenity and customer strategies throughout the United States. Prior to founding Strategic Solutions Alliance in 2008, Belinda was Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer for Newland Communities (now Brookfield Properties) from 2003-2007. Her role included oversight of all consumer intelligence and market research, and the application of these insights in Newland’s 23 residential communities nationwide. Belinda also brings experience as a Managing Director with RCLCO, from 1983-2003. At RCLCO, she led consulting services for top developers and investors including development, market and consumer strategies, financial optimization analyses for planning and product segmentation, and builder sales strategies for thousands of real estate projects and residential communities in 44 states.
