Tom LeBaron is Zonda’s Vice President of Performance and Growth Marketing. Tom has an extensive background and track record within SEO/SEM, analytics, and performance marketing. Tom spent five years at Realtor.com driving SEO and organic growth in the new home construction and owner/seller verticals. Prior to that, he was at Disney for 13 years in performance marketing and customer engagement for the theme parks and consumer product businesses. Recently, Tom finished top three at the exclusive G50 SEO Summit “World Championship”. He has been blending marketing strategy and product management to reach audiences across complex consumer journeys for 20 years. His experience in performance marketing, SEO/SEM and product management helped him create the award-winning “Best In-House Team” (U.S. Search Awards 2015) at Walt Disney Parks & Resorts. He was also the winner of the inaugural Adobe Analytics Challenge. In total, he has directed over $1B in performance marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C brands.
