Cory Kundert

Cory Kundert is a construction executive, national speaker and leadership facilitator who serves as CEO of Kundert Construction, a Wisconsin-based residential construction company that has grown from roughly $1.8 million to more than $13 million in annual revenue over the past few years. He has helped lead that transformation with his brother, Chad, through organizational growth, recruiting, culture, leadership development, marketing and business strategy. Cory’s career has centered on helping people and organizations navigate growth and change. He has trained construction leaders from emerging field supervisors to executive teams and has presented for Associated Builders and Contractors at both the national and state level, NARI Madison, Precision Drive & Control, Corcoran Glass & Paint and other industry organizations. Through Built2Lead and his work to Elevate the Trades, Cory helps construction and trade organizations build stronger leaders, healthier cultures and better workforce pipelines. His sessions are practical, candid and grounded in the realities of leading people inside a fast-growing construction business.
