Lauren Mills

Lauren Mills is President of Sea Pointe Design & Remodel, an Orange County-based residential remodeling company specializing in whole-home renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, and additions. Lauren joined Sea Pointe 15 years ago and worked her way through nearly every role in the company — sales, design, production, and operations — before being named President in 2024, giving her a ground-level understanding of what it takes to run a remodeling business at every stage of growth. Today, Lauren leads Sea Pointe on a disciplined operating framework built around clear annual initiatives and quarterly priorities. Her focus is on building the systems, leadership cadence, and team accountability that let a remodeling company scale without losing quality or client experience. Lauren's leadership has been recognized industry-wide: she is a recipient of the NKBA 30 Under 30 Award and the ProRemodeler 40 Under 40 Award.
