Jason Farmer brings more than 20 years of real estate and home building experience to River Stone Construction. As a builder, licensed real estate broker, and investor, he offers broad industry knowledge spanning site acquisition, product design, sales strategy, and customer relations.
A lifelong Chattanoogan, Jason is deeply involved in the local community. He serves on the Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission and has previously served as President of Habitat for Humanity and the Chattanooga Home builder Association. Named Developer of the year in 2025, hiss commitment to “Under Promise and Over Deliver” reflects both his business philosophy and his dedication to serving homeowners across the Chattanooga area.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys fly fishing, the outdoors, and spending time with his wife, Ann, and their two children on Signal Mountain.
