Andrew Witten is a second-generation builder based in Southern Indiana, working along side my father in a family-owned Construction company with over 40 years of experience. Raised in the business, Andrew has developed a deep understanding of both the field and the operational side of residential construction, with a focus on quality craftsmanship, client relationships, and long term reputation. As the next generation stepping into leadership, Andrew is actively involved in modernizing systems, improving efficiency, and helping position the company for continued growth. Andrew brings practical, real world perspective to the challenges of succession in a family business- balancing respect for what's been built with a clear vision of the future. Together Kent and Andrew are navigating the transition of leadership while maintaining the values and standards that have defined our company for decades.
