HBN created the Values That Matter series of over 70 plans, which have been built close to 1,000 times by its builder members. HBN has also created approximately 100 custom plans directly for builder clients. Al is the author of several books on residential construction and business management, including Wisdom, Wisdom 2.0, The Road to Success Is Always Under Construction, The 20 Laws of Success and Building with an Attitude, as well as numerous published articles on the industry.
